These tagines are pressed in a mould making them a little more durable than some of the more rustic tagines.

They have a traditional glazed finish to help with cleaning. Like all the cooking tagines, it can be used on the gas stove, in the oven and on the BBQ. These tagines are not designed for electric stoves, the Emile Henry tagines are suited to these stove types.
